Not happy about the SP? Deliver the study sooner. Get on to the lads at CPC a bit more and crack that whip. Crazy how long a study like this takes. I do these studies routinely and have faced the heat of a few MDs chasing results - bigger scope and tighter timelines. And of course I deliver
