No junior mining minnow is securing almost $1.6 billion in capex on its own with no balance sheet. It is pipe dream stuff. Companies are struggling to raise A$100m in the current environment. Anywhere near a billion is just silly.
Cyprium's advantage is its almost A$500m in sunk capital and modest restart capex. Even then - Cyprium will need partners to help them secure funding.
