Triangles that form right down to a tight apex like this one more often drift off in the false direction on low vol..then out of the blue they reverse sharply up past the apex and through any resistance..these low vol drifts I suspect are a few novice and or bored traders who were expecting a beak the other way...but the best triangle breaks happen approx 2/3rds along the formation of the triangle. if they don't happen there then this is often the other scenario...markets always a tricky beast!
