Cudeco had native copper, chalcocite and chalcopyrite though the pit may not have got deep enough to see much chalcopyrite. The plant struggled but I'm not sure that it was well engineered.
It's all very well to say we'll mine the gold then the chalcocite then the chalcopyrite but the boundaries aren't horizontal so there will be mixed feed until the supergene stuff is gone.
Hillgrove are producing copper from a small reserve but with good exploration potential. Their plant has plenty of free capacity.
RXM have completed a DFS and are out looking for finance to build a fully approved mine of the same capacity as Kalkaroo.
A doubling from here would be a good result I think. I don't hold with the optimism of the HAV billionaires.
