    is anyone aware of other shareholder apart from the 3 directors that their shares are held in "Escrow" for 24 months' ?
    wouldnt be good with other with large holdings selling down on a thinly traded stock. i see many of the trades from small speculate traders with $500-$1000 stock for a dip in case anything of true worth is found. A large shareholder selling down would be a big problem for the shareprice. Also diluting shares with a 'placement" is common soon after an announcement to keep on raising more capital.
