" As I understand it only the southern parts of Kanappa and the northern parts of the SE tenements are within economic trucking distance."

What grade per tonne over that distance did they use to work out if it was economic ?
Seems to cost around $20 to $30.00 per tonne per 100km to move ore in WA with triple side dumps or quads , guess it depends what sort of truck configurations they are allowed on shire roads in SA ?
So if it was moving ore from Kanappa which is only 60ks away would the cost per tonne of ore moved be 6/10 * 20 = $12.00 a tonne ?

At say a A$14,000 Cu price per tonne , and if the ore was say 2% Cu recovered net of smelter fees that ore would be worth $280 a tonne.
In that scenario $12.00 would seem a small cost out of $280 in revenue ie less than 1% when royalties I am guessing alone are going to cost around 4% ?
Of course all depends on the recovered grade of the ore.

Welcome to have the above figures smashed by others like avocado on toast
