This very dry release tells me the intellectual energy is being spent elsewhere. Permitting / logistics / community and so on. I get the feeling they are still in setup stage.
Or there is not much happening upstairs.
Can’t be because they seem to have done some really smart opportunistic stuff so far.
One simple thing they can do is set expectations better so speculators can separate delays due to country / COVID issues from bad execution and planning.
