Apologies for my levity previously… I think your post is a sensible one and needs addressing.
Without a shadow of doubt these options will all be taken up, the money will flow in and the directors will have further skin in the game. Given what has been discussed on posts to date all the directors will want to maximise their own % interest in SCI long term. External funding methods would be sensible following the options take up in my opinion to put a pause on dilution at that point.
