It is probably what we need to turn this ship around. AL to be given the boot and replaced with someone more intelligent and proactive in the resource space. There must be plenty of up and comers out there not scared to make the tough calls to get these costs back in line. In order to see a big reversal take place for the share price we need confidence to return and that will come if we replace him IMO. The market is over all AL's catastrophic mistakes and missed opportunities!
