Regarding the Options announcement - it says they're adding an additional 1.3 billion shares @ 1c. Can someone enlighten a newbie on what this entails? For example, will this be available to existing SH? Looking to average down with a little capital, but wanted to know how it all works - buying @ current SP of 1.7 or the 1c option?
