I was watching the action from when the announcement was made and the buy side was continuously reloading with sizeable parcel buys and ended up with $7.3m traded (not a small amount) and 381.6m traded or 27.5% SOI turned over (back of envelope last cleansing statement + option conversions - 1.39bn) in just over two hours + post market auction - with that sort of volume I was surprised the price held as well as it did given the late in day market announcement, particularly if there are truly no future prospects for CHK as has been suggested.

I am curious to know who the big buyers were (if any) and might just request a T20 next week or wait to see if we have any new substantial holders notices.
