Wouldnt think any conspiracy exists here. The company are drilling for an IOCG deposit, they drilled in area's they believe had the best potential for an IOCG deposit. One hole hit mineralisation that they got excited about, they shared this in announcements to inform shareholders of the progress and to market the company, just like any other exploration company. Some investors took this information and inferred it to mean they had found the motherload. The search continues with an additional 5 holes.
