These guys are merely testing the market for markup. Just tactics because liquidity is relatively tight even though the general market conditions have been poor. There is not a lot of spare cash in retail and results will tip the balance for institutions. The program will heat up. More results are due which gives the holders the advantage and especially when the joint venture will comes into play. All in due course. The TA has been accurate. It has been an ideal time to top up.
