This was in the June quarterly, announce at end of July:

- received unsolicited interest in Myall

- from a range of large, well-capitalised participants in the global mining sector

- discussions include possible JV's for progression of Myall


Key words/potential definitions:

- unsolicited interest - means they came knocking on MAG's door (great as they see the big potential in Myall - MAG should probably be knocking on the doors of Majors too?)

- from a range - one is 1, couple is 2, range means more than 2?/most of the Majors in the Myall area?

- well-capitalised participants in the global mining sector - means international Majors, with money to blow (unlike MAG/exactly what MAG needs)


Interest received during the June quarter, which means 6+ months ago, so hopefully they get some deal/JV/other completed shortly and they don't have to do a CR down here.


Don't think this will be an AGC/Delin type deal as the talk per above/below is that it's international Majors that want a piece, not a Hong Kong based investor.

They could I suppose get Delin in for some short term cash/cornerstone (5% stake, at a premium like AGC?) to get them through a good amount more of drilling and then get a bigger/better deal with a Major after more results (and who knows, maybe a discovery hole amongst them?).
