    I hope they are in a position to insist on cash up front for past costs as this is critical to them not having to go straight to market for a CR.

    Check out the market reactions to 2 different farmins. OBM and CHR.

    Obm well up. big cash upfront.
    CHR well down. Little cash up front and a CR the next day.
