They wouldn't finance at these levels, that would be suicide. They only have two options, stay dormate until better market conditions which is a valid strategy as capital is very expensive right now. Or they could negotiate a joint venture with a capitalized entity. I suspect the latter as it seems they are in blackout and a negotiation of the sort is material and requires discretion.
