What is interesting is they gave a "this Calendar Year" timeline for the JORC for the Ivigtut mine, so that is a trigger point for the first milestone payment (i.e. $1M cash). Considering Murphy's Law, lets say late Nov/early Dec for the JORC.

EGM - (not a big issue - but likely will signal the completion of Due Diligence. Might held pretty close to the next AGM).
Tenement Transfer - done.
"Due Diligence of Assets" - could potentially be a while, may not necessarily mean just the JORC in the ivigtut mine. So might require field season work to clear off, especially checking the anomalies.
