Agreed but there are a lot of short-term profit-takers on the ASX. Many will have got in at say 4c and got out at 5c today. If you have 500,000 shares say that's an easy $5000 profit. Wait for the share to retrace (it it does) and buy back in, or just take the profit and look elsewhere. Not my preferred trading pattern but it is for many people.
