I agree that those who recently bought at 3.7 cents, or below (me), probably took some profits today around 5 cents (not me).
IMHO, today's move was fairly predictable, but very healthy. DRE have a long way to go, and they do have a lot of SOI. Therefore, the SP will always struggle to make double digit gains within one trading day.
On this basis, and considering how DRE traded today, I am sticking with my view that the DRE SP should reach 9 cents within the next 6-12 months (MC of A$250 million).
