Depends what motivates you. The average punter wouldn't be holding this stock waiting for some flow of income from operations. At this end of the market it is all over by that stage. I think we all want to hold these shares for that moment they make a discovery(..ies).
Discovery could be next week, and it can be a point in time rather than a period. Discovery also might be two years away. The fact that they are on the ground and drilling increases their chances!!!
Some upside to be had again should there be a sale of discoveries on to a 'miner'. Anyway, jumping the gun a tad. Depends on what DRE's aspirations are and how these evolve through time.
