another brutal 2 x tranche CR coming. 1st consuming all placement capacity and the 2nd tranche will be voted. All to raise around $2mil which half will go to paying salaries and corp expenses and the rest will buy about 5 holes....

Someone asked Max if a possibilty of a recap is on cards he said no. red flags imo! because if it isn't it means an annual repeat of 40-50% dilution. which will compound yearly. Won't take long for CPO to crack 2bil SOI.
