I don’t think the theory that the share price will drop every time a company raises funds is true. I agree that we would expect this for under performing companies which applies to most companies but not always the case for companies that are achieving their key growth milestones. It’s a difficult market but I prefer to bet against the down rampers when a company is doing so well. There appears to be substance here so there should be some intrinsic value that will set a floor on the share price.
