@BaltasarG ... do you or your geo expert friends (well anyone here really) have any thoughts on the Metzke's Find gold resource and it's potential for a JV toll-treat agreement? I know it's not the right thread but just finished watching the Dean Present on the Gold Junior x4 webinar and he sounded very bullish of finding a partner to monetise Metzke's juicy ounces... looking for a second opinion?

Pretty sure it would go something like this:

- mining licence/permits obtained- mining partner announced (potentiality already "locked in" and just waiting for mining licence?)
- profit share, say 50/50% with mining partner- DRE provides the deposit, mining partner incurs all the expenditure in mining the deposit
- profits shared 50/50%

14,900 ounces, from surface (cheap to dig up), super-high grade resource at 6.8g/t.

@Countrywriter likes it, saying "Metzke's Find may look small at present but some additional drilling could open this up along strike and at depth for even more cash-flow than the market expects", before copy/pasting some excited 2020 release sizzle before disappointing drilling in 2021... and more dissapointing still in 2022 ( https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/73975769/single)
