try taking them on in court
but even the NASDAQ boss (Bernie Madoff) went to jail for life and died in there for a ponzi scheme fraud worth billions
i dare say shareholders have lost billions due to illegal practices totally ignored by ASIC for DECADES
it's so blatant too, right across the board, in all stocks priced under $2
i even saw Telstra shares heavily manipulated by bots about 10-15 years ago, that went on for weeks, and iceberg orders appeared and disappeared thoughout every trading day
and they are basically untouchable, as they are all lawyers in...
