I ve analyzed his posts extensively and I ve concluded he is correct. Just go back to his first post and read all of them slowly and carefully.
We r all dickheads. He is correct because he is much better educated than we r.
He must b the only longterm holder that is not in the plus. May be the other one is our own GP (garden path) as he buys when he needs to sell and visa versa.
