My dear Poodle,things is a bite complicated vs you think to call f...ing Lill to courts,Australian courts in in corona times,do you actually mind what is a procedure?I just give to you light view,as i wanted to do it in Canada to diamond company which went private without to tell it to investors,some 150k $ was taken away from me at blink of one night,but other positions of my portfolio ,specially sucking down 1mln or 3% DEG shares did not let me to take them to court,but i checked what i had to arrange in advance:all papers of trade done,to have Canadian visa for min 6months,to have lawyer who agree to take case and for it need to come just to sign,to have enough capital proven you can stay min 3 month in canada,so rent hotel/apparts proven contract......i did quick account and lost my 150k$,because i could not sell my lossing DEG shares,shares of other companies and because time passed quick 7 years after you can not claim anything,fix it?This is how your balls could be fried and you unable to do thing,canadian lawyer costs was in range of 350-500$ per things like this,Netherlands lawyers thought i'm russian,while i just leaved in moscow to save on taxes,they charged me that bank think i'm russian mafia or do insider trading(because stupid dutch bankers could not draw right line from words:I'm just using inside information(meaning intuition).So they read it as insiders...any way lawyers happily charged 700Euro per hour,since its one lawyer specilized in stocks and one in local laws,taking this was just two years off event one from other,i calculated how much will cost to save from lion hands 150k in canada and gave up,while i took talk with 80y.o CEO of the diamond company and he without any shame said:yes,De Beers pressed us too strong and wanted to take free all out assets,so we made bankrutcy filling and went private,but we will communicate with you of course as we need to close procedure.........they connecting me till today....
Now Poodle,for your offer to take DEG shares for sale,i wanted it after they cheated investors and Eric Sprott management with its private prlacement and went full diluting shares up to 1bln shares,then in 2015 price was good to sell 35cents with 38c pick.But i said i will kick this smart broker who took over my,not his,company as i had more shares that he ever invested in DEG by then,he only knew to dilute...i said i will wait into final,so me or other big investors will take care of this rabbit.....ugly,stingy and investors unfriendly....Pooodle,many time investors may ouster CEO or Director,hope the name you took for communication is not really how do you act.Thats why i'm not only mention why we are in such hole,but where we could be,so people do not try empty speculations on deposit....we had 100mln shares with 700k ounces gold,check RSX take over last 2020 year,this company copied DEG path,but with 1 bln shares and 350k ounces it was taken over with???calculate,equal to DEG 4cents it was 0.004c and it went to 15 with takeover 20cents price...and DEG had just 100mln shares Dude!There is a sentance
ne who forget his past has not future! Think about Lill policies diluting our money value while he continue to rip insider info benefits and income!I do not use smartphones,just 2G!
