There is talk going on for either a merger or takeover (see separate announcements from CNB and HMX - one talks takeover while other says merger)!!
As someone mentioned yesterday that Fat tail newsletter has recommended to sell CNB on market and that has driven the shareprice down!
Lot of jostling going on to position the participants either in HMX camp or CNB camp to derive the advantageous position. Unless this is sorted out/refuted there will be volatility in the shareprice!!
