Despite mixed economic data from China, the CU price was resilient at first and now the thing is rising again. Hedge funds seem to be jumping on the bandwagon. This could be interesting if the Fed surprisingly cuts rates this week (which I and hardly anyone else expects).

Interesting in the CU chart: There are gaps to close at around 4.30 and 4.60. However, Rome was not built in one day. 4.30 is not that far away, but I would expect a consolidation by then at the latest. But it looks a bit like we could end up at 4.50 around August.

CNB seems to have turned the corner. The The double bottom has been formed. Next resistance around 60c. If the scoping study comes in well, I could imagine a move towards 80c or higher. I wonder whether the merger discussions are still ongoing or whether they have already been abandoned.
