The other thing to consider is that all the infrastructure is in place so instead of looking at it from a greenfields perspective where that all needs to be added the capex will be lower.
As CashedUpBogun said - this is early stage exploration. Now that they have some initial hits they can start to understand the geology and track the reef to work out the extent.
The address is excellent so I would imagine that in the fullness of time NST will announce a mineable resource/ reserve.
