Simonn this isn't a stock index. They have identified very high grades therefore the company is worth more. 30% pullbacks are normal across mining stocks but I certainly don't expect it to go back to 12c's (where it was trading before Tangoa west hit).
Look at ADT's journey. Plenty of pullbacks but HIGHER LOWS
