I'd say (and it's more obvious now) there has been a few issues, particularly over this last quarter, however the company appears to be taking steps to address them.
One this to keep in mind that you really need to be seeing more 3g + hits for underground mining. They have still quite a few walk up targets to look at so it's not end of the world type stuff yet. Well cashed too also.
