Also still think they will have a hard time trying to go underground with the ocean so close.
OMG as per the below photo it shows the the underground portal that was opened and mined back in the 1970's and that the current pit which is well below see level.
EQR has far greater upside even with the higher market cap and by the end of year we will see the difference between these 2 stocks
Well the quartiles should give a fair indication on the short term share price.
