Its not just the tonnage, while that is already substantial, it is mineralogy, process viability, strip ratios, economics. etc.
If you are ripen for an OEM takeover, they will want to see all those boxes ticked. Or at least can infer that yours is similar to other.
For opportunistic M&A they wouldnt care too much as would make more early stage assumptions.
