I think it's skinny... does that mean have NFI?
Have you an explanation, other than being skinny, for the share price drop today other than the usual rumour buyers flipping out on release?
Maybe the market doesn;t like the NdPr content of the skinny intersections. The average of all >0.2% TREO results is a very tight distribution around 17.9% NdPr-Ox in the TREO. That is almost exactly 50% the NdPr in HAS Yangibana MRE, and NdPr represents >90% of the Payable TREO basket value. Basically, that means 1% TREO at Mick Well has an equivalent value to 0.5% TREO at Yangibana, which is uneconomic. Either KFM starts drilling large amounts of 2% TREO dirt, or finds 35% NdPr ironstone loads instead...
PS... I checked the rock chip samples from MW2 and MW7 and they averaged 16.5% NdPr in TREO. A little lower because NdPr is less mobile than some other REO's, but all adds up to this Chalba Shear Zone being a lower NdPr monazite province than HAS (~35%) and DRE (~30%).
