Thanks for taking the time to write such a good synopsis. That's probably why I wasn't getting my head around the ownership straight away.

If they can get the exploration done and pay the consideration, they will likely end up sitting on a lot of metal.

As you would know, big Capex is involved to develop these type of projects. Oyu Tolgoi is reported to have blown out to $US10 billion and created a lot of headaches for Rio and the Mongolians.

Big challenges for the company ahead, but you would have to think $23 million MC seems cheap for the moment.
