Thanks mate, I really appreciate that. Thought there may had been a formula that could be applied to calculate this, but as you've pointed out, it's a lot more peer comparison... Thank you very much for this, I'll continue digging a bit deeper to see if there is a way to quantify it further so there is a much more accurate way to forecast - will let you know if I find a something.
