In recent presentations he seems to be drawing some strong comparisons between Solgold's Cascabel (Alpala) project and Sunstone's El Palmar project.
I was personally pleased that the comparisons are being discussed, but a little surprised that they are doing so at this early stage.
I understand that Cascabel is a huge 1.6 billion tonne underground porpyhry.
I understand that there seems more near surface mineralisation at El Palmar and the deep stuff is really yet to be properly tested.
If El Palmar has both open pit and underground potential, then it could prove to be a very viable project.
If the geophysics are being interpreted correctly, then we may ????? be onto something big - but I would stress its a bit early to crack the Grange just yet! But fingers crossed.
