Grades are great but the widths are not. Agree that selling off these tenements could be a good way to add some funds to focus on the seriously good stuff closer to home.
If this was all they had, I'd be selling into this announcement but w NN and the rest near the mill, it's a little bit of icing on a much bigger and better cake elsewhere.
