i have to admit this little company came to my attention only last friday; the high grade au assays ann. after having researched, what i really like is CGM have their own rigs. and thats good news!
digging holes in the ground isn't cheap. ask all the small miners-- CR after CR just to fund their drilling programs.
CGM have 2 drilling contracts in place (so far). one with BDR, another in uruguay. this business is going to generate more income in near future, no doubt about that. hence, i see lots of potential in CGM considering current market cap is only 10 mil.
as long as management keep an eye on their budget, cash received from drilling services put into good use--the gold project. i can't see why CGM needs CR from shareholders.
i like the story. i like the fact CGM sp is dirt cheap but i wouldn't be chasing the sp. any weakness in sp is opportunity to take position. IMO. cheers.
