Of course cash matters. Timing is very important. Unless they can prove up this 'elephant' within the next month or so with a BFS (highly unlikely from what I've read in respect to where they are currently at with this) there is going to be another very dilutive placement on the cards. From what I can see there's around 1.3bill shares on the two exchanges atm. That means current marketcap is less than $8mill at .6 of a cent. Which means you're looking at a 30%+ dilution for any meaningful placement (understanding that placements are almost always at a discount).
