While this is probable its not as probable as u may think....yes it was the trend but a number of huge banks globaly have silver up as high as $21 by this years end but in the back ground we have a nasty trade war with USA and China emerging and huge bubbles ready to pop world wide and this time around cntral banks and banks and hedge funds have become net buyers of GOLD AND SILVER BULLION WHERE IN THE LAST CRISES THEY WERE NET SELLERS BIG DIFFERENCE......But we only have around $200,000 of SVL shares available on the asx J P MORGAN CAN BUY THEM FOR THE PETTY CASH TRAY IN ONE DAY....!
