Hi Matt,

One of the last announcements already added 4 weeks to the July deadline. I wouldn't expect to see anything before the end of August or early September. Yes, they have missed another deadline, but the difference is they told us before it happened. The company's communication is worlds apart from a few years ago. I am not counting my chickens just yet, but it is hard to deny their continuous improvement in that respect. There is no doubt they will run into more issues and delays during the refurbishment and commissioning of the plant. That is normal with old equipment.
It has been a long, frustrating and fruitless venture so far but I think there might be light at the end of the tunnel. I am trying to focus on the things they have done recently instead of the things they haven't done in the past.
