Most likely because anyone who has followed the history of this stock would be aware that management is not always trustworthy and getting anything out of the ground seems to be beyond its skills. MEU maybe isn't tainted with the same history and therefore may seem a better speculative proposition.
I have said before that you don't make much money from being good at finding stuff, you actually have to get it out of the ground and sell it. Something this company has proven to be particularly poor at.
Could probably fill a bucket with what has been taken out of the ground by TYX/IFE so far.
