I do think that a somewhat mitigating factor with understanding delays etc is like everything in Life- the little chaps get pushed to the back of the queue- e.g getting their drill results from these arrogant labs; getting various applications through Government when they don't have any sort of influence or won't grease palms when dealing with Govs whichever Continent they are exploring is a big impediment to getting a steady stream of positive anns flowing All the Best to the patient.
