yes that is correct, I think Matt is not including the 15m shares in escrow with his calculations however that 15m are still issued shares & should be included to calculate an accurate MC
50m SOI x SP of .40 = $20m MC undiluted
EV $15.5m
71m SOI x .40 = $28m MC fully diluted
Cant go wrong if you use information released by the company
End of the day we are cheap & the potential is huge, I’m thinking we will get a commencement of drilling Announcement next week as this is a much bigger drill program then the previous one
