    Someones making money out of this, but unfortunately it won't be the ordinary shareholders. This deposit has been prospected from the 1950's but nobody has ever mined here due to the potential ecological problems of mining in a tourism area. I know Europe is pushing for more home base resources but I don't know why DCX thinks it can mine here when nobody has been able to do so.
