    The establishment of the Critical Raw Materials act by the European commission is what will enable this to get over the regulatory hurdles. If the project is able to secure Strategic Project status, it will streamline the permitting process down to 27months. Considering the lack of suitable cobalt projects in the EU and Finland being the biggest refiner in Europe, there is a reasonable likelihood Strategic Project status will be awarded.
