    RMS are raising up to $55m, plus they already have $90m cash on hand

    Perhaps a 50/50 JV?

    From my research, RMS need to beef-up the grade at MM, and the CMGP would fit the bill perfectly. Optionality and flexibility galore

    Also learned that a small group of analysts/brokers are touring the CMGP this week
