This is just about the best place I can find to be in the mix.
Not many voices of dissent here and that is a very good thing.
The plan is well laid out and as mentioned seems to be advancing quickly.
They say that grade is king and I won't argue with that. The grade is really just the cream on the cake here, I would still be onboard even if they were less because I like the no BS style .
