It's a reflection of the cut-off grades that have been chosen. Technically 400 ppm of cobalt could be viable and there are some reasonable hits of cobalt, so it's above board, but it's hardly significant in a 5m interval as part of a headline intersect when all of the gold/copper mineralisation is basically in one meter.
While it's a bit misleading if you aren't on top of it, it's not false. I don't think you can be too hard on AZY in particular as 99% of other small explorers on the ASX do the same thing.
